Rozana & Fouad married on the 15th March, 2013. They planned their wedding over an eight month period, and celebrated with 200 guests at one of my favorite Dubai venues… Al Badia Golf Club at Festival City.
For me personally, the highlight of this wedding is the dress. Rozana looks stunning in her custom made Walid Atallah gown.
The planning process…
The planning process took almost 7 to 8 months. The hardest were the last 3 months where I had to make sure all everything was planned with the photographer, DJ, Flowers, Hair & makeup, Zaffah and etc..
My wedding dress…
The dress and accessories were designed by my all-time favorite designer Walid Atallah. He even made the bouquet and hair piece from the dress itself. The earrings were from Cartier.
Finding my dress…
OH LORD! I had given the idea to Walid Atallah; he drew it out and it came out exactly how I imagined. It was extremely heavy and so detailed. It was everything I ever wanted. Apart from my dress, the other thing that really made my day was the red 1973 vintage Chevy gifted from my brother. It was truly amazing!
Music & entertainment…
The music began with our traditional Palestinian zaffah and then we had normal Arabic music and by the end of the night we went all crazy with English Music. DJ Tarek (Tim Lauren Events) did exactly what was requested with the music and the event planning. He did an awesome job of putting my vision into reality.
My best friends…
My bridesmaids wore all red like the venue colors. They made a beautiful group of girls. (you can see the red beauties in the video above)
My flowers…
I had two set of flowers: Red flowers for three of our tables, which were only for the family… my moms, dads, and my grooms family. The other set where white just like my bouquet. You can’t go wrong with white roses.
My wedding cake…
The cake was a three layered cake designed and decorated with red flowers. It also had a cake topping that said Rozana and Fouad, Forever together. It was amazing! We also had cute little heart shape cookies made for our guests.
Our honeymoon…
The honeymoon was in Bali, Indonesia specifically in an area called Ubud. That was an amazing experience. We were away for seven days, but we managed to see all the tourist attractions including beaches, lakes, Money Island, Strawberry Island and then we roamed around Ubud. It was a honeymoon made for relaxing.
