For many of you (including myself) cake isn’t something that you will be craving for in early January. I imagine most of you have had an indulgent festive season of chocolate treats and mince pies. I’m a sucker for a good mince pie, and I really can’t say no to chocolate. Actually if someone dropped off a cake to my house right now, I would definitely not decline a slice… or two. I’m also pregnant so I kinda have an excuse right? And plus… who doesn’t love cake?
Anyway… if you’re a bride-to-be and on the hunt for a wedding cake then let me reintroduce you to the lovely Mona at Cake Land. She creates lovely delicious cakes, all handmade of course and has recently baked for a handful of brides over the past few months.
She also worked on one of my December weddings, and I can’t wait to see the professional images. From what I hear the cake tasted amazing… 4 tiers of soft yummy vanilla sponge filled with butter cream icing…. sounds pretty good right 😉
