A little update… Gill & Divya's wedding

A few weeks back I had the pleasure of meeting Divya and Gill, the winners of the ‘Win a wedding Competition’. After weeks of planning between Mennat @ Cloud Nine Weddings & Events and the bride and groom, their wedding day is nearly here. Tomorrow they will marry… and celebrate with a fabulous grey and yellow themed wedding reception at the Dusit Thani hotel on Sheikh Zayed road.
I must be honest, {because I always am} that rounding up all the vendors, organising stationery is only 10 days, liaising with vendors they’ve only just met… plus all the usual headaches of planning a wedding, hasn’t been easy for the bride and groom. If anything it’s been more stressful.. but {and there’s always a but} I have no doubt that on the day, after all the stress and worry… there wedding will be just perfect. Why? Because the vendors involved will make it happen.

Mennat a Cloud Nine is a wedding planning genius, and without her there might not be a wedding. If you’re looking for a planner in Abu Dhabi… then she’s your go-to gal.
Louma {Designs by Louma} designed and printed the stationery in under two weeks… which is so gorgeous, I wish it were my own… {as you can see from the pictures in the blog, it really is gorgeous} and since I know Dee & Dal personally, I know they will do a fantastic job with Gill’s hair and makeup.
Oh and I’ve seen the wedding dress from Contessa, and it’s lovely. So I think we are set for tomorrow… and as many of you know planning an event is always a bit stressful, but it always turns out fine. I don’t know why, it just does.
