Amazing photography by Women in Wedding

Oh it’s an exciting day for me, I’m finally introducing the amazing Marta Bellu & Alessandra Cavaliere, the two women behind the project ‘Women in Wedding Photographers”.
“Our country has inspired us greatly both artistically and creatively. Over the years we have photographed luxury events in Italy prevalently for weddings from abroad. Women in Wedding is a project that highlights the feminine aspect of the wedding ceremony.As women, we understand the inhernt sensitiveness and emotions involved and we turn these into an art: totell their story.Through our style of photography, the reportage, we highlight and create emotion in the most importantmoments of every event. Our photography paint spontaneous elegance and refined beauty and capture the intense expressions of emotion and passion. We create images without poses with a photojournalistic approach paying special attention to details without which it would be impossible to portray successfully the essence of a beautiful day without neglecting the institutional aspect of marriage. We realize albums made in famous Italian silk and we have a fashion collection Missoni, for the cover.”

This is my favorite… I almost got teary when I saw it because it’s so beautiful.


For me personally I fell in love with images instantly. When I look through wedding photos, it’s natural to start with the first photos taken, and more often than not these are the photos of the bride getting ready with her female companions.
It got me excited thinking about the hours before my wedding and spending time with my sister, my best friends and my mum, step-mum & mother-in law. (I am so blessed to have so many wonderful women in my life)
I can imagine being sat in my room surrounded by makeup, hair accessories, shoes and of course drinking a glass of bubbly before it’s time to slip on my wedding dress. It’s those moments that will last forever and you’ll share only with your closest females.
For all of you girls out there looking for something a little different then check out Women in Wedding. They will be in Dubai from early September and I shall be getting all the info for you then.
