I remember the first time I ever met Bernie, we had a coffee at Starbucks at Marina Mall and after a good old chat about weddings, the industry and photography in general we moved onto our significant others. Nathan is my best friend, he’s my everything and when people ask about our wedding I am always happy to gush and relive the moment. He was the same when he mentioned her name. You could tell it was love. When I finally met Bindi I knew they were soul mates. They both have kids from previous marriages but together they are one family. My Dad and my Step Mum have been married for 21 years and I truly believe they are soul mates. I’m lucky to have two Mums, two strong women that support me in different ways. Having extended family and starting again isn’t always easy, but for this beautiful couple it seems so right.
Shortly after I met Bindi they got engaged, and at some point there was discussion of a lovely Dubai wedding styled by myself.. however that soon changed and I’m glad it did. They got married in their home country; New Zealand. The scenery, the styling, the mountains and her Marsala red dress make this wedding one of my ultimate favorites.
Seriosuly.. how cute do the kids look? I love everything about this wedding. The mountains, the table decor and the simplicity of every detail. Congratulations again to one of my favorite couples… Bernie & Bindi.
