Well I am very excited to share today’s blog. Together they created a collection of looks to share specially with MLW readers – how exciting!

Want to know the best part? I got together with a group of very talented people who helped me bring one of these looks to life and we created a photo shoot to give you an idea of how you can build everything for your wedding around your makeup and hair style.
Firstly, Ana from Nice Ribbon Atelier took care of the cake and dessert table. Can you imagine, having a pastry chef who is a graphic designer, oh! If you’ve seen her, you will know she is a total fashionista, she loves clothes, shoes and accessories, how much more perfect could this get? We had an afternoon coffee and I talked about the makeup and hair look I was going for and told her how I classified that trend. I could see how her creative brain immediately started developing beautiful things and off she went to create a stunning couture cake that matched the style perfectly. Ana also designed a dessert table, full of delicious cookies, cupcakes and macaroons, yes! All of them personally designed to match and enhance our theme.

Maria Sundin, our amazing photographer, is so engaged with what she does, she takes the time to ask the perfect questions to get inside your brain and literally grasp the essence of your idea. She has a very unique and special way of capturing moments and does it with perfect timing.
Obviously the dress was essential for our photo shoot and yes you guessed it, it was also chosen to match our makeup and hair look. Barbaranne from House of Moirai had the perfect one, gorgeous like everything she designs.

Jewelry and hair accessories were a must. We were very fortunate to have two different boutiques provide us with hair accessories, so we decided to create various looks to give you an example of how the same trend can be custom made to your own personal style.
Anaqa Headpieces provided us with a beautiful retro chic headpiece that gave our look a sophisticated vintage vibe.
Vanila Studio boutique completed our look with a divine broche, a lovely hair comb with stones, a spectacular set of earrings and a veil that made our look go from glam to bam in seconds.

Last but not least, creative Sanjay from Firenze Flora designed a spectacular bouquet with colors and shapes that made it all come together.
I could spend hours and hours talking about the talented team that played part in this styled shoot but as they say a picture is worth a million words, so I will let you enjoy the magic.

This last look is the one we brought to life.
