I recently visited Address Dubai Marina, a venue that I haven’t been to in quite a while. While wedding season is quiet, I’m using my time wisely and reconnecting with venues and vendors before the season kick starts again. The Address Dubai Marina wouldn’t be a venue at the top of my ‘must see’ list because most of our weddings are outdoors, but I like it. It has a huge ballroom that can accommodate 500-600 guests with a decent sized Kosha/Stage and Dance Floor with a lovely pre-function area for the bride and groom entry on the red carpet provided by the hotel. They also have a nice terrace area attached to the ballroom and foyer area which then can turn into a cocktail reception area during winters.
It’s ideal for Indian weddings and local weddings too. For smaller events and weddings for around 150 guests or less I would highly recommend the pool. It’s got an amazing view and at night its transformed and the view takes over. The city lights of Dubai Marina are not to be missed! This hotel is also a popular spot for meetings and has a various small rooms which would be great for weddings of 40 guests, or private functions for only ladies. Perhaps a baby shower or luncheon? There is also a private terraced area with a pool which leads off from the area with the meeting rooms, it would be ideal for a small wedding or an engagement party. I personally love this option but maybe not the purple washed out walls 😉
