FOR MY DARLING ADELINE – 1 YEAR AGO TODAY.

A year ago today you came into the world and changed me forever. You taught me patience, how to survive on very little sleep and how to love so deep worlds cannot describe.
A year ago today I was recovering from a C section, I was emotional, tired, excited, overwhelmed and unprepared for the year that followed.
A year ago today my life changed. You came long and without realising made me a better person. A more gentle, loving and patient person. It’s because of you that I now eat better, work out more and am conscious of my health, my wellbeing and everything in between. My reason to live is because of you.
You are my everything Adeline. Happy birthday little girl.
