Grey. My favourite colour.

Good afternoon Lovelies,
I hope you all had a super weekend? I got back from Abu Dhabi at 7am this morning. The hubby had to work and since I have an endless list of ‘things-to-do’ I didn’t take full advantage of my night at The Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi. Shame I know, but when you’re your own boss work tends to come first. No rest for the wicked eh 😉
Someone recently ask me what my favourite colour was, and even though the question was a little child like, the question stuck with me. Well to honest and I hope this doesn’t sound boring but it’s grey. My walls are grey, my car is grey and of course MLW branding is grey. It’s like the new white, or the new black? Well for me it is anyway. It teams well with most colours; mint, pink, yellow, navy blue… the list is endless. I’ve also noticed that it’s becoming more trendy in home decor too. Stores such as Crate and Barrel and West Elm have a huge collection of grey toned accessories and linens. It makes me happy.. and I’m feeling quite on trend too.
So, because we all love a bit of wedding inspiration I thought I’d focus on grey, and only grey today. For those of you don’t like lots of colour or want something a little more contemporary, then this is for you.
