Good evening my lovelies, sorry it’s a little later than usual but I’ve been a busy beaver in the kitchen. Today I made shortbread cookies. These are the perfect little treats for a budget conscious bride. These homemade wedding favors are easy, cheap and personal. I’ve used sprinkles to decorate mine but you could write your initials on them or choose an icing colour that goes with your theme. By the way, I really am no ‘Jamie Oliver’, so if I can do it you can too.
The ingredients are so simple, all you need is….
- 125g/4oz butter
- 55g/2oz caster sugar
- 180g/6oz plain flour
