Introducing Nabeela Huda Photography

I had the pleasure of working with Nabeela back in November. She spent the morning with me on my 30th birthday capturing me in full working mode. It’s sometimes hard for new photographers to break into the industry, and what they really need is a little exposure (no pun intended) and opportunity. So after meeting with Nabeela at The Address Wedding Fair back in September I told her she could come and take pictures any time she wanted to. I figured my wedding at Desert Palm would be just her thing… and it was.

Her enthusiasm for photography and her natural style caught my eye. Like me, she’s working really hard because she loves what she does. It’s her passion, which makes working feel like not working. We are lucky to feel this way about our jobs.
Nabeela is from Abu Dhabi and has been carrying her camera by her side for more than 3 years. Self-taught, she is a proclaimed photo obsessed 23 year old who quit her day-time job to continue her passion to convert her hobby into a story telling career.

Nabeela’s love translated in various forms over the course of trying to document reality. While experimenting in different areas, she soon found herself diving into wedding photography. She believes with every wedding comes a new story with new characters madly in love with each other; an excited bride, her teary-eyed mother, the anticipating groom, and the delighted in-laws with their guests. That form of story telling has been the most inspiring. She wants her images to be impactful, delicious and symbolise natural beauty, which is the subject’s true and honest self.

If this wasn’t enough, Nabeela was approached last year to instruct a session for arts and potraits at Nikon School Middle East. After the success of the first session, she has found herself fully booked for additional ones this year.
This young photographer dreams to expand in areas which hide wonderful stories that only a mind can imagine through her beautiful brides, travel explorations and aspiring students.
