Meet Helen Schrader {Wedding Celebrant}

It’s not uncommon to have two weddings in Dubai. I know lots of brides who do the ‘legal’ bit first and then have a blessing, followed by wedding reception. The churches in Dubai are perfect for your basic ceremony but most brides want an outdoor ceremony by the beach or on a neatly mowed lawn. It’s only natural that we should take full advantage of the glorious Dubai weather. It may not be common knowledge (until you start planning your wedding) but you can’t legally get married at a hotel either and therefore having a ‘blessing’ aka non legal wedding ceremony is the only way to go about it. Which makes my friend ‘Helen Schrader‘ a rather popular lady. Helen is a Civil Marriage Celebrant and is very well known in the wedding industry here, along with Reverend Steve at Jebel Ali Church. Everyone seems to know him! 🙂
