My review… Spa CORDON in DIFC

Earlier this month I was invited to visit one of DIFC’s newest spa’s; Spa CORDON.  Located at Sky Gardens, it’s easy to access, and just a hop skip and a jump away from Dubai’s trendy DIFC.
At first the spa doesn’t seem very big, but through a corridor of doors and curtains, you will discover well manicured rooms, perfectly painted walls and high quality finishings. It might sound crazy, but it’s the one thing I always notice… the design of a spa is so important. Everything from the products to the welcome drinks has been thought of, and it’s obvious to me now. (after meeting the spa owner & director) that this isn’t just any spa… it’s personal.

I was invited to spend the afternoon at Spa CORDON, and kick off my shoes, unwind and experience one of their most popular facials. It was bliss. But no matter what I do, I can never seem to brush off the feeling of guilt. Getting pampered in the middle of a work day is just not my normal doing. I felt like I was skiving off, which therefore resulted in me not feeling totally relaxed. I think next time I’ll book myself in for a weekend treat. 😉

Overall it was a wonderful experience and probably the nicest spa I’ve ever been too which isn’t in a 5* hotel. If you’re into your beauty and like a good facial, then I suggest giving my friends at  Spa CORDON a buzz. I promise you will be impressed. 🙂
