Online shopping – My favorite places…

As a bride-to-be I’m pretty sure you spend most of your time organizing your wedding from the world wide web. Whether it’s via your iphone, laptop or desktop computer at work, it’s where we seem to go for all of our answers. If I have a question… ‘I’ll just google it’. You get my point.
Over the past few weeks I’ve been trying to put myself back in the shoes of a bride-to-be planning my wedding, and I realsied that I did most of it online. I became inspired by wedding blogs, slightly addicted to online shopping and became a pinterestaholic. (For those of you know are new to My Lovely Wedding, that’s one of the reasons why I started a blog)
So with this on my mind I thought I would share with you my favorite online places…
For pretty pictures and wedding inspiration I go to…
Pinterest – www.pinterest.com/JoelleinDubai
UK weddings blogs such as www.blovedweddings.com – The lovely Louise will soon be out in Dubai. I have a feeling we’ll be cooking up a storm!
US wedding blogs such as www.stylemepretty.com – this website has sooo many pretty pictures.

Shopping for Stationery…
Eco Friendly paper goods – https://secure.eco-craft.co.uk/
Etsy – Check out Elizabeth Andres – http://www.etsy.com/shop/elizabethandres
Shopping for décor items & the extra details…
Amazon – I bought things like straws, candy bags and luggage tags from there – www.amazon.co.uk
Pippi – it’s my fav UK online store for all your party accessories – www.pipii.co.uk
Notonthehighstreet.com – You can get lost for hours browsing through the hundreds of cool gifts, wedding accesories and home decor items www.notonthehighstreet.com

Shopping for the honeymoon…
Asos –  I got a few honeymoon accessories from Asos.. a wooly hat, new gloves and a few new dresses. (I went to Switzerland for my honeymoon, hence the wooly hat) They delivery free to the UAE!
The Travel Attache for honeymoon inspiration and for all your travel needs. Stress free travel booking is just want you want after planning a wedding.  – www.thetravelattache.com

Another tip I have for you is… If you’re short on time and don’t fancy running around the malls, check out what they have online first and then jump in the car. Believe me I wish I had done more of this when planning my wedding.
Have a lovely Eid everyone..
Joelle x
