She said YES @ The Address Montgomeire ♥

A few weeks ago I met with Sophia and mark, a gorgeous couple who started planning their wedding before Mark had ‘officially’ popped the question. They both knew marriage was on the cards and decided to start looking into venues. To cut a long story short, they fell in love with The Address Montgomerie and booked their wedding for next November.  Little did she know that only weeks later she’d be swept off her feet with a very romantic proposal.

Mark came to me for some help. I’m pretty sure nerves got the best of him, and with so many ideas we decided to keep it simple, yet romantic. Not many people can say they were proposed to at their wedding venue! (It’s very cute isn’t it?!)

We set up a small table on the lawn, and surrounded the area with candles, and flowers. Sophia previously mentioned to me that she wanted a candy bar at her wedding, so it only seemed right to create a mini version just for her.  Mark oraganised the music, and chose Sophia’s favorite song to play as she walked towards him.

As Sophia walked towards Mark I could see her face drop and she was totally surprised. Her Mum had planned a venue visit with her, and she had no idea Mark was about to propose. I was watching (hiding) from a distance, when the proposal happened… and in true Joelle style.. I cried. It was the cutest thing ever.
