Styling, decorating and making things look pretty.

Morning Lovelies,
I thought I’d start the day by telling you about my current styling project.  I can happily say that I’ve been hired to add a little ‘something’ to Canadian inspired Cafe & Bistro ‘Fraiche‘. Now that I’m a little bit Canadian (My husband is from Canada.. so I think that sort of counts) I feel like I’ve got the edge when it comes to adding something unique. Hmmm… actually to be honest, I was hired to decorate the Yousef and Joumana’s engagement party, which then lead me to this new project. I guess it’s just a bonus that we have that Canadian connection 😉 Oh and Yousef is the owner of Fraiche 🙂 Either way… I’m loving it. Before I reveal the Fraiche’s new look I thought I’d share a few photos with you from their engagement party at The Farm. You may of seen the gorgeous photos of Joumana and Yousef last week? Well, these are their decor shots taken by the lovely Liz @ JVR Photography.
I used burlap table runners with simple jars of babies breath, and added a simple flower tied with string around each napkin. It was simple and budget friendly but, it had enough detail to make the guests turn and say.. ‘oohhhh… this is pretty’. Sometimes less is more.
