The gold wedding | my busy week

Good evening lovelies,
I’m sorry I haven’t been very active over the past week… last weekend was a tad crazy. After 3 months of organising and styling my friends wedding, it finally arrived on Thursday. After a few stressful moments, and last minute changes, it all came together and looked beautiful. The wedding was held at The One and Only Royal Mirage. The evening started with a welcome reception at the oval lawn, followed by dinner and dancing at the amphitheatre.
Canvas and Wood provided a tipi with the sides turned up, which we draped with hundreds of fairy lights, and as the sun went down it turned into a magical floating tent. Gold and white lounge furniture was laid out around the oval lawn, which was provided by Furniture Rentals. And once guests arrived, they were treated to fresh and healthy canapés. We also created a pop corn stand, which went down very well with the guests.

The flowers were from Vintage Bloom, and were absolutely stunning. The bride entered to pyrotechnics shooting off the staircase, (that’s fancy fireworks to me and you), and they were incredible. They were organised by Furniture Rentals (which is part of The Platinum Group) who also took care of the sound and lighting too. The overall theme was gold with touches of white and pink. But before I ramble on too much I’m going to stop. I’m going to post the wedding in a few weeks and give you all the juicy details then.
