The prettiest wedding cakes from Magnolia Bakery…style inspiration

Hello there lovelies…
We’ve been a little quiet of late because we’re working on some super exciting new adventures for the next wedding season (will this summer ever end?) so rest assured we have some rather lovely things in store for you very soon. In the meantime we’re still bringing you the best in bridal inspiration for those of you who are using the downtime of this long hot summer for getting your head down with the wedding planning. We had a chat with the girls at Magnolia Bakery recently about…well…wedding cakes of course and we thought you might like to see just how pretty their wedding creations are. Magnolia Bakery is obviously a very lovely luxury brand so if you’re looking for a little bit of a wow factor for that special cake cutting moment then this is certainly the place to come. We were also lucky enough to get invited in for a personal tasting session so more about that to come – yay!
Even if you’re just curious to check out some different wedding cake styles  – I didn’t know where to start and there’s actually a lot you can do – these beauties will hopefully give you some ideas. All cakes featured are real cakes made here in the UAE at Magnolia Bakery.
The classic white…effortlessly elegant with understated butterfly details that catch the eye. This is my personal favourite.

Go floral…a great way to “dress up” the cake and can be done with bright or subtle arrangements.



Keep it simple…if you’re not keen on anything too jazzy you can take a neutral colour (such as this lilac) or tie in with your wedding colour of choice with this matte approach

The ‘naked’ cake…this is something a l’il different and unique to Magnolia Bakery. This cake design is done without any icing on the outside for a more ‘artsy’ touch.
