A while ago I introduced you to The Studio Dubai. In fact it was last year. It’s funny how time literally flies by so quickly in Dubai. Anyway, I’m very happy to tell you that they are back on the blog with a few fancy pictures from a recent wedding they shot at the famous Burj Al Arab. It’s fair to say that the girls over at The Studio have been keeping rather busy.
The Studio Dubai is a professional photography and videography studio located in the picturesque Courtyard in the heart of the Art district of Al Quoz. They offer Dubai family photography, Dubai wedding photography and videography and corporate photography and videography. I told you they keep busy.
So my new friend Jessica at The Studio sent me over some rather pretty photographs and details to match from the beautiful bride Alisa.
Where you are both from?
Chris is from England and I am from China.
How you met you both meet?
We both work with Jumeirah, but I am with the hotel side and Chris is with the education part, we met through a training organized by Jumeirah.
Why did you choose Dubai and the Burj Al Arab?
Chris has been in Dubai for 16 years, and I have been here for 8 years already, so Dubai is the second home for us, most of our friends are also here.
Burj Al Arab is the hotel I work with, everything seemed easy for us in terms of planning the wedding and organising accommodation for the guests. The hotel had everything we needed, plus it is a beautiful iconic property in Dubai, definitely something special and memorial for us, so we decided to get married in Dubai and at the Burj Al Arab.
What was the theme of your wedding?
Since we come from different countries and have very different cultures, we wanted to incorporate that into our wedding day – so it was a Western and Oriental mixed wedding.
What was the most important element to you?
I think everything was very important to us while planning our wedding, however if I had to pick up the most important it would be photography. It’s something that we will have forever, and it will help us remember this special life time event, especially when we get old, it’s something sweet to look at together.
What feedback can you offer about The Studio?
The Studio did an amazing job on our wedding, we loved the photos, we cannot count how many great ones we’ve received. We loved Jessica, Louise, Suze and Tanya, they are all very lovely sweet ladies and made us feel very comfortable to be with them on our special day.
